What is the promotional offer?

Purchased a selected Nikon Product and receive a prepaid EFTPOS card up to the value of to $200 AUD.

Can I claim a prepaid card on more than one product?

A prepaid card can be redeemed once per customer, per product for up to five products maximum. If you purchase multiple different products, you can redeem up to five in the same claim.

 

When does this promotion start and finish?

This offer is valid on qualifying purchases made between November 14th and January 5th 2025. You must submit your claim online before 5th of February 2025.

What type of prepaid EFTPOS Cards are available?

You have the choice of either a:
(a) digital prepaid Eftpos card issued via email or
(b) a physical prepaid Eftpos card sent to your mailing address.

 

Can I select a physical Eftpos Card?

Yes, you can opt for a physical Eftpos card. It will be sent to your mailing address

 

When will I receive my prepaid card?

For digital cards please allow approximately 7 days from when your receipt and claim are submitted, your card will be issued via email with instructions for redemption.

For physical cards please allow approximately 14 days from when your receipt and claim are submitted.

 

Who can enter the promotion?

This promotion is only open to Australian residents currently living in Australia with an Australian residential and postal address. Claimants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to claim.

 

What do I need to purchase?

Qualifying products must be purchased as brand new products purchased from a Nikon Australia Authorised Reseller.

Refurbished and second-hand products are not included in this promotion and therefore
not eligible for any promotional rewards.

When can I make a claim?

The Promotion commences at 12:01 am on the 14th of November 2024 AEDT and ends at 11:59 pm on the 5th January 2025 (AEDT) (“Promotional Period”). 

All claims for Rewards must be submitted and received by the Promoter before the 5th of February 2025 at 11:59pm (AEDT).

 

I have purchased more than one participating product?

On the ‘Purchase Details’ section of the claim form, please ensure you select ‘+ Add Another Eligible Purchase’ and continue to select the Brand and Product fields for each additional purchase you have on your receipt. You will receive your cashback for the total cumulative eligible value of the products you are claiming.

If you have purchased more than one of the same eligible products, please be sure to enter on separate lines using the ‘+Add Another Eligible Purchase’ function.

If you have purchased multiple products across separate receipts, please enter as separate claims. You will only be able to upload 1 x copy of your receipt. Up to 5 (maximum) participating products can be claimed per person.

 

How do I make a claim?

Please visit www.nikon.com.au/capturevalue to first register your purchase with your MyNikonLife or NPS account.

Upon successful product registration, simply follow the link the claim site www.nikonpromotions.com.au/november2024. To claim your Prepaid Eftpos Card, input the requested details and upload a copy of the purchase receipt for the Participating Product and submit the fully completed claim form so that it is received during the Claim Period. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.

You must retain the original or a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may result in invalidation of your claims and forfeiture of any right to a prepaid card. Please ensure, the date of purchase, store name and promotional product purchases are clearly visible on your receipt.

You must also include a copy of your Nikon Service Warranty card which lists your products serial number to validate your claim, this allows us to further validate your claim is eligible for this promotion.

 

Where do I find my Nikon Service Warranty Card?

Nikon Service Warranty cards are enclosed in all product packaging from factory.

They are generally included in the same packaging section as the product manual.

 

What do I do if my product is missing its Nikon Service Warranty Card?

All Nikon cameras, lenses and speedlights sold in Australia include a Nikon Service Warranty Card specifically for Nikon Australia Pty Ltd. If you believe your warranty card is missing, please contact [email protected] for more information.

 

How do I know if my claim was successful?

You will be notified by email if your claim was successful. 

 

How will I receive my PrePaid card?

Digital Prepaid Eftpos Card are sent to the nominated email address.

Physical Prepaid Eftpos Card are sent to your nominated physical address.

 

Do I need to activate my Prepaid card?

Yes. You will need to activate it per the instructions provided in the SMS, letter or email.

 

Do I need to activate my Prepaid card by a certain date?

Yes. You need to activate your card before the date advised in the SMS, letter or email.•

 

I need help activating my Prepaid card?

Please contact our support team here and we will assist.

 

Can I check on the status of my claim?

Yes! Go to www.nikonpromotions.com.au/november2024 or select "check claims" in the menu and then;

  1.     Enter the mobile number supplied in you claim
  2.     You will receive an email to the email supplied on entry, please click on "check my claim" in your email

Please note the claim status email is a one time login and the URL is only available for 1 hr. To check the status again, please repeat the process.
